Destination List: Outside of the US

  • by

Hey! Happy February :) Thanks for stopping by and checking out this week’s post!

Background Information

If you’re new here and wondering who the heck I am and why I’m here, check this out.

I thought about my US Bucket List and thought I’d do one about areas outside of the United States that I’d like to see. Full disclosure, there are so many, but I chose a select few to highlight here. Time to manifest that stuff! Get me and Currently Unnamed Cardybear to some super cool places.

The shaded areas are places I have been in the past. I have also been to Mexico and the Bahamas, but they aren’t seen here on the maps.

The Bucket List

Japan

This has been on the list for a long time. There is so much to see here that it’d be hard to narrow down. I’d like to spend a couple of weeks here and see as much as I can. I do have some savings set aside for this trip, so it’s just a matter of time.

Iceland

The Blue Lagoon has been on my list since I learned of it’s existence. Upon further research into the country, there is so much cool stuff to see. Especially if you are interested in amazing nature views, like me. Plus, Northern Lights. It’s no secret I’ve become an aurora hunter recently.

Ireland

Australia

New Zealand

Thailand

Egypt

I’m not sure this would be the best place for someone with a lung condition to visit, but I’ve wanted to see this place since I was a child. I’m sure I could figure something out.

Scotland

Germany

Italy

France

Czechloslovakia

I am majority Bohemian and have recently become interested in seeing the country. While I don’t have a massive interest in ancestry, it’d still be cool to see. I also grew up in a small Czech town in south central Minnesota, so it’d be interesting to see if there were any similarities in architecture and the like.

Some thoughts

Again, this is a short list of the places I’d like to see. Getting to them is going to take some budgeting, planning, and some work, but I will get there. If you’ve been to any of these and have any suggestions, tips, tricks, etc. share them!

What are some places on your list? Comment below!
