Not too long ago I found my notes from when I first started working on Adventures of Seleana and thought these resources should be shared with you. They range from information about Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD), chronic illness, traveling with disability, and keeping your health while traveling.
I am also working on a resource page, which will hopefully be up and running by the time this posts. Check it out and let me know if there’s anything you think I should add!

1. Traveling with a disability
If you are newly disabled or haven’t traveled much since you’ve been diagnosed. This is a good place to start. It talks about what to do when traveling internationally, by airplane, by cruise ship, with service animals, etc.
2. Traveling with chronic illness
This page gives you a check list and recommendations based on your diagnosis. There are also online resources and special considerations for different diagnoses.
3. Traveling with a weakened immune system
This one shares some information with the first link I shared, but there are also tips for those of us who are immunocompromised. They are pretty simple tips that may be obvious, but it’ll help keep them at the front of your mind.
4. Preparing for adventure travel
This resource gives you advice on how to prepare for going on adventures and what to do if you get sick while traveling.
5. Packing Smart
We know I love a list! Takes off the mental load and you are likely to bring everything you need. This is a list of supplies and things to bring with you while you’re traveling, especially abroad.
Be safe out there! REMEMBER YOUR MAPS AND PASSPORT STAMPS!! Seeyalaterbye <3
Also, if you feel called to help a sista out with her travels, check this out!
